I'd throw out Hughes and Guthrie. I'd go Sanchez because he should K the most and I like his chance more at the win. Even though the Indians look bad they still have an offense that can turn it around at any point. And the Pirates have problems scoring so I wouldn't bet on them.

It depends on what you want: wins, strikeouts, ERA. I would say Meche here no doubt, but his back issues worry me. Sanchez gets more K's, while Guthrie has more wins. Their ERAs are similar. I wouldn't get Hughes. I guess Meche is still the best bet here, with Sanchez 2nd.
