BJ Upton or Adam Jones? (keeper league)

Who would you choose for a keeper league?

B.J. Upton or Adam Jones?

I'd go with Adam Jones. BJ just hasn't stepped up to expectations this year, and Jones is proving he's a great player. I'd rather have him.

this could change by the end of the season, but I think now you have to go with Adam Jones. He produces in all 5 offensive categories, and while his AVG will drop off, he will continue to score lots and lots of runs, mix in some SB, and hit for power-something that B.J. upton owners certainly worry about.

If you would rather have the power out of the two then Jones if your more of a speed guy upton. i usually go with the power because it will help in most other cats also. Upton has yet to consistently hit for power
