Trade for Ibanez or LaRoche? Better Value?

Looking to trade speed for power, and also improve in batting avg. Which of these trades would be a better move?

TRADE 1 -
GIVE - Abreu
GET - Ibanez
Other owner has plenty of power and needs SBs. Is this a realistic offer?

TRADE 2 - GIVE - Crisp
GET - LaRoche
Not a huge LaRoche fan, but I'd only have to give up Crisp, and LaRoche is typically a 2nd half player.
