Baseball Stadium Seating

So I just got a pair of tickets from a friend with season tix for the Grandstand Dugout seats at Yankee Stadium for the Yanks-Phils game next Sunday. They're 417 row 7 so I figure they must be complete garbage. I see they're 25 bucks as a season ticket charge, but when I went to stub hub I see they're selling for close to 100 bucks. So what does grandstand dugout mean? Does it just mean its located above the dugout? And why would they be so expensive?

Pretty sure grandstand is just upperdeck. The Phillie game would be more because it's a premium game.

I think its because its a premium game...Heres the map your seats are the bottom right behind the 1st base dugout

They don't look too bad to me. Nice angled view of the game. Pitches may be hard to distinguish, but you will get to see everything.
