What moves can I make to improve my team?

C - McCann, Soto
1B - Howard
2B - Kinsler
3B - Lowell, A Ramirez (DL), M Young
SS - Reyes, M Young
OF - Victorino, Werth, Cameron, Quentin, Ludwick (DL)
SP - Gallardo, Kazmir, Chamberlain, Lilly, Myers, Vazquez, J Johnson, Price, Liriano
RP - Wilson, Lindstrom, Morrow, Franklin, Smoltz (DL)

Daily H2H league with the following scoring:
Total Bases (TB) 1 Walks (BB) 1
Intentional Walks (IBB) 1 Hit by Pitch (HBP) 1
Runs Scored (R) 1 Runs Batted In (RBI) 1
Stolen Bases (SB) 1 Caught Stealing (CS) -1
Strikeouts (K) -1 Errors (E) -1
Innings Pitched (IP) 2 Hits Allowed (H) -1
Walks Issued (BB) -1 Hit Batsmen (HB) -1
Earned Runs (ER) -2 Strikeouts (K) 1
Wins (W) 10 Losses (L) -10
Saves (SV) 5 Blown Saves (BS) -5
Holds (HD) 3 Quality Starts (QS) 2
Shutouts (SO) 10

I'm 3-2, but my team has been suffering recently from a plague of injuries, and Morrow and Wilson have been atrocious lately. What can I do to take advantage of how players have performed during the first fifth of the season?

I'd say, get rid of one of your catchers, you certainly do not need both of them on your team. Try and get a an underperforming outfielder like Rios for him. You may even want to pick up a more consistent 3B. Scott Rolen is quietly having a fantastic season. :)

Do I really need another 3B? Young has eligibility at 3B, Lowell is okay, and I have A-ram on the DL. I would love to trade for David Wright, but I have to get rid of at least one of those guys. I agree that I need to get rid of a catcher, but Soto isn't worth very much now, and McCann's value has taken a beating, too. Rolen is unavailable, by the way.

I like Rios, but Quentin should resume playing soon, and Ludwick will be off the DL pretty soon too. That'd give me 5 outfielders, plus Rios.

I honestly want to get some RPs that aren't awful. Maybe try to package Franklin with someone? Or any way I could try to get a real ace SP? I like most of the SPs, but I don't have anyone like Haren or Greinke, etc.

Since Morrow's been officially removed from the closer's role and won't be getting any more saves, I'd say he's a safe drop. If Aardsma is still open in your league, grab him. In Oakland, Andrew Bailey and Michael Wuertz both have microscopic ERAs, and are starting to snipe saves away from Brad Ziegler. If you're looking for non-save RPs, you might check in the Boston bullpen -- Ramon Ramirez is pitching nasty stuff this year, and Manny Delcarmen isn't doing half bad either.
