In a yahoo, 12 team standard league. Do I pick up Alexei Ramirez and drop which player?

Here is my current team:

3rd- Ryan Zimmerman
OF- Grady Sizemore
OF- Alfonso Soriano
OF- Nate McLouth
Utl- Corey Hart
BN - Shin Soo Cho
BN- Steven Drew- just came off DL not sure if I hold onto him or drop cabera or pick up Ramirez

SP- Hallady
SP- Greinke
RP- Bell
RP- Aardsma
P- Wandy Rodriquez
P- Nolasco
P- Zimmermann
BN- Pettite
BN- Jimenez
BN- Hanson
DL- Wang
DL-Valverde

Maybe I should ask who would you rather have for the rest of the season?

1. Stephen Drew
2. Astrubal Cabera
3. Alexei Ramirez
