Proposed trade my Dunn for his Billingsley. I need pitching he needs power. This is a fair deal right?

When did Bills become elite? Its still May, the last two season Bills had a WHIP over 1.30. I see Dunn's AVG falling and Bills WHIP rising.

Sorry, but that does not sound fair. Billingsley has much more value than Dunn straight up. He has 8 starts this year and all 8 are quality starts. Obviously he will slow down this year but when you also factor in the high K's he is rapidly approaching the top tier of pitchers.
But since you are the one who wants Billingsley obviously make the offer. If he takes the deal you get the better of it.

If your team needs power and his needs pitching, it sounds like an alright trade. Bills is decent, but hasn't really put together a complete season yet. Dunn's avg will most definitely fall, but if it hangs around a decent avg, he'll put up decent numbers. And he walks alot.
Without seeing the rest of the roster, just based on those two players, it seem like a match made in heaven. Deal from a strength to get yourself better.

I think it is a fair deal, not knowing your categories or format. 40HR is significant. If Billingsley was his 2nd or 3rd drafted SP then you have a shot. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he accepted your offer.
And I do prefer getting Billingsley in trade because I think he will be a top-10 SP this season.
