For anyone that got killed by DLR tonight, I want to apologize - it's all my fault. I've been wanting to pick him up all season and I finally did it for this start. And KABOOM!!!!

I did the same and if I didn't pick him up, I would have had a flawless night because I also started Wandy and Verlander and got saves from Capps, Lindstrom, and Rodney. :~(

It took all of them to negate DLR's egg.

Sigh. What Jorge giveth, Jorge taketh away. Might as well call this guy Ollie Jr.- seems like he's got the stuff, but he's either throwing a gem or getting bombed.

He looked terrible last night....I believe he walked 5 and K'd only 1 in his 3.2 Innings. He also appears to lack some maturity, as he showed up the umpire last night. X-I

So I picked him up for tommorrows start at home.

I way behind in Pace and got to get more starts.

Does De La Rosa deserve any more trust?

I figured he was a decent bet for Ks and an ERA/WHIP that won't hurt me too bad. I don't know if he'll ever win a game this season.

I hope Wed wasn't the start of of a new decline.
