Veto?

I know I am the guy in here constantly campaigning against vetoes, but as the commish of a league of friends, I feel that this is one that gets the veto......

Background: I started a league with a bunch of friends this year. We wound up with 9, so I asked a guy that isnt a big baseball guy but knows the rest of the league to play to even the number of teams. He agreed, but did not show for the draft, has not made a single roster move (not even bench moves) and has repeatedly stated that he does not care about the league. Let's call this guy Team A.

H2H points league. Total Bases: 1, Runs: 1, BB: 1, RBI: 1, GWRBI: 1, SB: 2, CS: -.7, GIDP: -1, K: -.7

Only including hitters in the rosters because pitchers are in no way involved in the deal.

easy veto... and tell the inactive owner to make lineup changes and add/drop some people or else

i think this is one of those cases where even though collusion isnt expected you have to veto for the competitive balance

make sure not to invite the guy back next year

The thing is, collusion is expected. I am 99.9% sure that the one guy is dumping Hanley off to help the other guy out wtih little regard for how it effects his own team.

even more reason then...i skimmed the OP and thought it was just a bad owner making a bad deal, if you really think it's collusion then i wouldnt invite either of them back
