I wouldn't trade Bell for Guzman. You can get better value for a starter. If you want to trade him I think you should try to upgrade 2nd.

If you can pull off a 2 for 1, Slowey would be a good option to pick up. He is already turning it around. Even if you don't get a 2 for 1 I still think you should consider dropping Polanco for him.
