Kazmir dropped in my league, should I get him and for whom?

10 team H2H league standard and Kazmir was just dropped. He seems buy low hoping he can pull it together. My whole team right now kinda feels like a buy low team save for a few hot starters. Should I consider picking him up? If so, who do I drop? The only hitter I could consider thinking of doing this is Vlad, and I really really don't want to drop Vlad, I think he'll pull it together after he's off the DL. Kershaw seems to be the possibility on my pitching staff, but he's again another buy low guy.

... I know I know, I have no closers on my team. My closers sucked and I decided to just focus on my other 9 stat categories, but for the sake of argument here are some closers sitting on free agency right now. Now who do I let go? Or do I just leave my team the way it is for now and look for trades?

Drop Upton for Kazmir. Your OFs are pretty top notch and when Vlad returns you should be fine.

Dropping Upton is basically insane. Honestly, I'd pass on Kazmir. His fastball's velocity is under 90 MPH, that's a major red flag. Kershaw is your most expendable starter but I'd rather have him than Kazmir, both have walk issues but at least Kershaw doesn't have a major problem, his is just inexperience.

I'm sure glad I didn't drop Kershaw, just had quite the awesome game... Well I've currently tried to trade with my league, but no one in my league is trading, no responses, no counter offers, nothing... It kinda sucks, but I'm pretty much cleaning up in my league by just picking up buy low guys off the free agency.

I'm gonna let Kazmir go this time though based on the suggestions of others... I'll wait it out and see if people start perking up to trading soon.

Yeah I would let him go to someone else at this point. I know he is tempting, but the velocity thing and him struggling worries me so stand pat for now.
