I just traded Cruz for Holliday myself, i love what he has been doing but when i watched him on tv it looked like he was swinging for the fence, i just don't know that he keeps this up

Having watched him throughout the series against the Sox, it is notable that this guy has a significant upper-cut in his swing. It's tailor-made for hitting deep home runs and he was murdering the ball on Sunday. The triple he hit to dead center looked like it was going to be pop fly when it came off his bat.

FWIW, I also doubt he will keep up what he is doing over the long haul and I entirely expect his avg to come back to Earth in the .265-.270 range. However, I think he will be a great source of HR and RBI as long as he continues to hit 4th in the TEX line-up. I'm going to ride him for all he's worth ;-D

that sums up my point of view, too. he's hot right now and will likely have another cold spell or two. but in the end, the power numbers (and steals) will be there in the end. can't believe those steals... they're just gravy B-)

He had 27 steals in 2008.....40-20 season is looking pretty attainable so far, and it hasnt even heated up in texas yet

He is nice...For the most part what i've done is throw out a bunch of high end trades for him to fill multiple needs and if someone accepts thats great...but if them dont i'm quite happy with all those stats!

Depending on league set-up, I'd kind of question that move a little... :-?

which santana...........if it was ervin h'es an idot and was low-balling if it was Johan lol you might need to "re-evaluate" your position. Johan is 1st round (ok maybe 1-2) talent.
