I would may be do the first offer. I don't like the second offer for you. Honestly you may be better off not doing either.

I think Adam Jones offers more than Upton but not enough to make the deal good. Upton struggled early on but he has great potential. Blalock and Davis are equal in my opion.

I think the best option may be to stand pat!
