Pitcher trade - take or walk away?

I'll keep it just to pitching stats cause that is the trade. My league and team info is below. I am not that knowledgeable about pitchers so I wanted some advice on this trade. Seems that he is giving me three mediocre pitchers for two of my mediocre pitchers.
