Should I go for this deal? I am taking the advise of today's articleand selling Rollins while he still has value. It significantly hurts my 3B by giving up Davis but I also have Reynolds and Beltre to fill the void. I'm an awful trader and usually have a hard time proposing good deals. Does this deal work well for me but also have a good chance of being accepted? Would you do it if you were in my situation (having 4 of my 5 top 5 hitter picks really sucking hard)?
As always, WHIR.
Here is my team.
One year, 12 Team Roto League - 49 moves remaining
R,HR,RBI,SB,AVG,OPS C: Napoli 1B: Pena 2B: Ramirez 3B: Davis SS: Rollins OF: Upton, Holliday, Cruz Util: Reynolds, S. Victorino Bench: N. Morgan, M. Cameron, J. Lopez
W,L,K,SV,ERA,WHIP SP: Hamels, Haren, Gallardo, Greinke, Harang, Myers RP: Soria, F. Cordero, Corpas, Rodney, Ryan
If you think about it, Mark Reynolds is about the same as Davis with 200+ strikeout potential and 30+ bomb potential. I would do this deal as well, Rollins will turn it around, if iI was the other owner, NO WAY I DO THIS. You need to offer more. Maybe throw in Greinke while he is the man right now, I think the best year he could have would be 22-6 with a 3 ERA. So that means his record for the remainder of the year would be 16-5 with a 3.5 ERA or so...get him to throw in a starter (Wandy type).

If you can get Hanely for Rollins and Davis, it would be a huge coup. You shouldn't think twice about it.
However, if I had Hanley, there is no way I would trade him for Rollins and Davis, not when Rollins avg is below the Mendoza line and Davis is on pace to K 250+ times this year.
I think you have a better shot if you offer Rollins and Pena, then move Davis to 1st and start Reynolds at 3rd, or offer up Rollins, Davis and a pitcher, maybe Myers?
For the record, the only way I would give up Hanley is if I was getting back Rollins and a top end starter, like Gallardo.

With the fact that no one seems to be reading your entire thread I will offer you sound advice. It has no chance of being accepted unless the owner is a complete bone head, a good start but borderline insulting for the best player in the game (maybe 2nd Pujols is pretty close and maybe ahead now that he seams to have suddenly aquired quick feet). If you are still sold on proposing this trade then I would add a message saying "willing to deal" or "just a start" so he knows your not trying to screw him over. Who know stranger things have happened.
