Remind me: what's your pitching staff look like? Can you survive losing Wood and Clemens?
Without considering factors such as your standings and needs, I'd rather have the side you're giving up. I think you lose more in pitching than you gain in hitting. What does the other guy's rotation look like?

Lawrence

I kinda thought I would be giving up too much, but people in my league seem to think Magglio is worth an ace like a Wood or a Vasquez, and won't trade for anything less.
If Magglio is overvalued (as even great players like he is can be), target someone else. Abreu, Manny, Luis Gonzalez might be available for less than their values now. You could also try rolling the dice on Walker or Floyd.
If Wood can get you Magglio, what would be wrong with either a straight up exchange or Wood/Patterson for Ordonez/Lawrence, or something similar? Or maybe Wood/Clemens/Uribe/Patterson for Jeter/Ordonez/Lowe/Lawrence?
