Help with Trade option

I have been offered Chad Billingsley and Jordan Schafer for Brad Hawpe, Corey Wade, and Madison Bumgarner in an NL-Only 5x5 Keeper League. Do I do it?

I am leaning toward no, but Billingsley is the best player in the deal. I like what Hawpe has done so far, but am not convinced that he will keep it up all year. Any help is greatly appreciated.
