Should I ADD Juan Cruz to my staff? Or Slowey? I Need P Help

As you can see I have an overload of excellent batters but not the greatest pitching in the world, thank god for Zack Greinke though.

Anyway I think it is time to Nolasco to go, I picked him up off the waiver wire hoping for a steal, but he appears to be a bust.

Slowey is the best SP available, with Sherrill, Juan Cruz (KC), and Andrew Bailey (OAK) available as RP.

I'd also like to trade Chipper, Jeter, or both for a decent SP, any ideas of who I should/could go after that would be reasonable? THANKS!

Here's some wishful thinking...
See if you can package Nolasco, Chipper and Jeter for someone decent with 3B/SS elibility? This way you can play Longoria, Tulo, or whoever with a solid backup, and it would open a spots for both Slowey and Cruz. Someone like Michael Young would be sweet, but what will it take to get him? Cruz is good for both saves and holds until Soria comes back. We don't know the size of your league, but Slowey/Cruz may not be FA's for long. Good luck!

My apologies, this is a 10 team league. I staked up my batting so much I'm not sure how my pitching will turn out.

I have tried many trades packaging 2 for 1, ex. Holliday + Jones/Jeter and Hamilton + Jones/Jeter and have had little luck.

Not sure what to do I guess I have to stand pat, stuck with good back ups.
