Someone explain this to me. Baker has 5 innings of one hit ball, then he gives up 3 runs. WHY ARE THEY KEEPING HIM IN THERE. It's the worst managerial decision ever. Clearly something went wrong, whether fatigue or injury, when a pitcher goes from 5 innings of one hit ball to 5 straight runs without making an out. God.

Last night's game went 13 innings and both teams taxed their bullpen. I would assume both managers are trying to stretch their starters today as long as possible.

Oh, I didn't notice. Had thye just pulled him he could have walked away with a decent start.

i had a feeling Dusty Leyland was going to run him out there another inning...Verls is a freak though, and i believe that 13th K either is or matches a career high
