well it's being reported that with Luke Scott still dinged up, Felix Pie sick, and Adam Jones leaving tonights game early that the O's are promoting Nolan Reimold. With that I wish everyone a happy Nolan Reimold day, may it prove fruitful for everyone. Sorry I don't have a link, but it was on his Yahoo! player card if you actually open it up. It was reported after the game, so late this evening.
I'll throw this one out there for his line for the rest of the year IF he is playing full-time:
.285 avg, 22 HR, 60-80 RBI (based on where he bats), 8 SB, 360 OBP. I think these are fairly conservative numbers and probably closer to what he will actually do rather than potential wise. Cheers!

That is way closer to a best case scenario production line.

Wait isnt this guy massive... like 6'6 270 or something? does he have speed too? that'd be impressive cuz of the 8sb prediction
If I had to hazard a guess I'd say he'll see around 400 AB's. With those I could see a line of 60-65 runs 15-20 HR's and 65-70 RBI's with a .280 ish average. No one is gong to confuse his ceiling with that of Jay Bruce, but he's got more minors seasoning, he's got a much more plate discipline and he's in a better lineup then Bruce was. I could definitely see him approaching or surpassing Bruce's counting numbers last year, probably falling just short on the power (I only say that because I feel like power is the last thing to translate for jumping levels... though I could be mislead), but I'd guess he hits for a considerably better average given he doesn't have the severe lefty righty splits Bruce does, and he has a more disciplined approach at the plate. I'm excited to be getting in on the ground level. He reminds me of Nick Markakis with a lower ceiling, more of doubles then HR hitter, but capable of blasting 25-30 in the near future with a solid batting average and tremendous OBP.
