Need Pitching Help WHIR

I really need some help with my SP. I've bee thinking about trading damon or votto and trying to package them with a pitcher. Which pitcher should I try and package them with and what sort of pitcher should I be looking to receive?

the hard part here is that I think you'd be selling low on all your pitchers. People seem to believe in a Liriano upside though, so maybe try using him and Damon (who's off to a great start!) as a package for a legit #1 SP
