How can you have a catch?
"Want to have a catch" "No you can keep it"
And I say both "on line" and "in line". If I'm referring to myself I say 'on' and if I'm asking someone I'll say 'in'.

Did I miss the soda, pop, and Coke argument as well? Clearly this is a dialect discussion.

pop is correct
"Pop" is correct if you're talking about your dad. If you're talking about carbonated beverages, the correct term is "soda."

I'd have a soda. More specifically a Coke. If I was having a pop, that means drinking has commenced. I think it's Georgia where Coke means any carbonated beverage. If I wanted to play catch with you, I'd just say, "Wanna throw?"
Be excellent to each other.

WRONG. The correct answer is "soft drink".
