Surprised Hyprid, ABS, & Steve-O aren't in on this. For whatever its worth, I'd like to be placed in line to draft for the Reds if possible.

Also, a I assuming correctly that we're going to include the supplemental round as well?

yes the plan is to do the first round and supplemental possibly the second round- if anybody wants to post what teams they want to draft for go ahead- but lets do one at a time to make it favor

I have to prepare for a big case at work so I have been working 14+ hour days lately. I wanted to try and participate, but I didn't want to sign up for anything I couldn't complete.

WTF, sign me up, with a preference to pick at 26, but I can certainly throw my thoughts in early and often if we only have 6 or 7 guys. Plus it's tough not to participate when you've been called out by Havok.

I presume, we'll start a rotation order with the 5 pickers we currently have minus the teams already spoken for. When exactly are we going to start drafting btw?

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a draft for the upcoming MILB draft in June. A lot of the other minor league sites have been starting to organize this. I don't have time to run it or organize it but wanted to pitch the idea to someone willing to tackle this operation. It would work so that a member from the Cafe would chose a team first come first serve and decide the fate of their organization. Choosing players would be the managers decision so he/she could make their pick based on real life team needs, BPA- best player available, or straight up gut feeling. I think 3 rounds would be a good goal to aim for- round 1, compensation picks, round 2, compensation, round 3. We could start our process as soon as possible and just do a slow draft on the board stating our picks and the reasoning as to why we selected player X.
