I have them ranked very, very close right now. Looking at your team I would go with Upton. I have Werth ranked ahead of Upton but Werth is boosted a little because he has a bit more speed than Upton but speed is something your team does not need so take the extra hitting advantage that Upton brings.

I'm going to go against the grain and go with Jayson Werth here. Look for him to improve on last year's already good numbers behind the lineup protection he gets by batting behind Howard and ahead of Ibanez, and playing in Citizen Bank can't hurt either.
Albert Pujols is to baseball what Jesus is to religion. He's better at this than I've ever been at anything in my life. He's better at this than you'll ever be, at anything. Pujols has a gift.

I think you've GOTTA go Upton because his upside is just through the roof.

Werth easily for me. 20/20 lock imo in a much better lineup and park.

I'd Drop Thome for Werth, then try to trade he or Upton. What you could get in a deal for one of them is better than Thome anyway.
