New Offer - Billingsly for Papelbon/Kemp

Hey Guys,
Looking for advice on if i should accept this... i'm VERY high on Broxton which may be clouding my judgement.... I'm getting Buehrle.
It's a 12 team Roto(5x5 standard categories pitching Wins,Saves,ERA,Whip,K's) Keeper (another reason to keep Broxton?)
Hes got Billingsly,Lincecum,Buehrle,Harang,Dice-K,Zambrano starting...AArdsma,Lidge,and Gregg closing
My roster - Grienke,Volstad,Z. Duke,Meche, Porcello ,J. De la Rosa as starters , my bullpen Papelbon,Broxton,F.Francisco ,Andrew Bailey

Im 1-2 in most pitching cats based mostly on Grienke,Volstad and my 3 closers but lack in Wins....
Im actually higher on Broxton than i am on Papelbon (as a Yankee fan he is the only Red Sox player i have in all my leagues) but still think Broxton may be better option in future years. Im confused and need some unbiased opinions if possible. Thanks!

UPDATED- I countered Papelbon for Billingsly ( i can hope and dream) he countered with Kemp/Papelbon for Billingsly.... That would leave me with an OF of Braun, Beltran,Soriano , Eithier and LaPorta ( i was using Kemp in UTIL and Laporta on bench right now) My replacement UTIL would have been Delgado (DL Stint?) or Laporta now. I could probably counter to add Asdrubel Cabrera or JD Drew - My current SS/2b is Getz/Jerry Hairston and upgrade there...

I think you have a lot of good save potential, but you're SPs are pretty weak. You could prolly get a better SP than Buehrle over a full season though.

billingsley for kemp/francisco seems more fair to me. kemp is a 5 category stud and those don't grow on trees.

I would wait to make a move.

You said its a keeper league so no way you should give up Kemp.

You could move Francisco once he gets healthy for someone like Shields or possibly Dice-K, especially if you need wins and the guy gets desperate for saves.

Bad deal. Kemp is worth more than Bills in a keeper IMO. I
