Hunter for Harden

I am in dire need of pitching and have a pretty solid OF with Sizemore, Victorino, Abreu, Ibanez, Dukes. Id either slide kotchman or a FA to take Hunter's place.

I'm in dire need of pitching too. I can't see giving up Hunter for Harden though. Can someone explain this to me? Or would you say this all changed now with the benefit of a couple more weeks in the books and Harden on the DL now.
