Trade for Ryan Howard

I'm in a keeper league, and another player is after my Aaron Hill in a BIG way. He recently acquired Howard in a trade, and put him on his trading block, he is looking for 2nd and RP.

I'm thinking of offering him Hill and Fuentes for Howard, what do you think? I have R. Weeks at second, but will have to fish for another RP (Only have Rivera and Bell otherwise).
