I don't think hill is good enough to give up lackey, and hes just about to come back, let him have a couple good starts then trade him for full value

Hill has been otherworldly, but he is going to come down... and may come down a ways. I think you would be overpaying. Give Lackey some time back... you kept him through the DL stint and the guy is a stud.
