I'd go with Upton, but keep an eye on everyone in the free agent pool in case he starts to drop off.

Well, Taveras if you want to win those SBs. Upton if you want the max HR potential (but the Ks are bad if you count them). Cameron's prolly the best combo of speed and power there.
