SP change? 100% WHIR!!!

Hey all....in a 12 team Yahoo Rottisserre league and was wondering if I should change any of my SP pitchers for any on the WW that are performing better? Thanks for your help and WHIR!!!

My SP's (that haven't performed all too well) - R.Dempster, Joba, C.Zambrano, K.Lohse

WW SP's (that are decently ranked) - R.Soriano, J.Washburn, E.Jackson, K.Millwood, T.Wakefield, S.Richmond, Z.Duke

Better yet....I have noticed that most the guys that are at the top of the rankings and that are doing well daily have either a strong offense and no Pitchers or a ton of pitchers and crappy offensive guys so......should I drop guys like (Ellsbury, Atkins, BJ Upton) for any of those pitchers on the WW since this is a Rottissere league and I should just pile on decent Pitchers to try and win the pitching catagories?

Molina(C), Morneau(1B), B.Phillips(2B), B.Inge(3B), M.Young(SS), G.Sizemore(OF), C.Granderson(OF), S.Victorino(OF, R.Cano(OF)...bench (BJ.Upton, J.Ellsbury, G.Atkins, A.Hill)

any help will be appreciated....just tired of getting like negative (-3.5) points on a daily basis and already slipped to 9th place already!!!
