anyway, end of the snake i'd look at a bat and an ace...

manny should be there, no need to jump on a 1B but watch the SS position...if garci goes look for tejada to return for MVP rights again...

Yeah, if it's a winner's league we can be pretty sure that nobody like Beltran or Helton will fall.

Ordinarily I'd say you'll probably get one of your top 7 or 8 ranked players with the 12th pick, but in a winner's league, nobody's going to reach in the first round, and nobody's going to be absent, thereby getting stuck with Gagne or Sheffield (I say Sheff cause of the injury).

I'd realistically expect pretty much what Clevelander says. I'd go with Pedro or Schilling (Prior will probably be gone) and then Manny, if none of the standard top bats fall. On the next wraparound, grab a middle infielder if one of the big guys falls (maybe too early for Kent, but probably not). There's also a good chance Giambi will be available too.

If you could get out of the first four rounds with something like Pedro, Manny, Renteria/Giambi, Abreu/Ichiro/B. Giles, you'd be in excellent shape
