MY Sizemore/A.Jones for HIS Braun/C.Jones?

Looking to boost my batting average. Hate to give up Adam Jones, but is it worth it? 10 team roto league (3 keep three players each season for context).

Hey man, I like the Sizemore for Braun part of the deal, but I do not like Chipper at all...too injury prone and old. I would look to see if the other owner has another player he is willing to deal that is on a similar level with Adam Jones other than Chipper.
