Rookie in Need of Advice

I need some advice in regards to my team, which I think may be overly conservative and focused on players that are good for HR, or good for AVG, or good for K/9. It's been a rough couple of weeks - particularly for W, RBI, and SB. Should I make moves? If so, what might you target?

You are in a shallow league so there should be decent help on the waiver wire
I'd look into upgrading Guzman, sorry but I have NO faith in that turd
Your team is pretty solid but you could use a little help in the hitting department, atleast until Berkman and Uggla heats up
Above all, you MUST have patience, the season is still young
