which OF do I bench?

IN a weekly roto league,
stat categories are r,hr,rbi,sb,avg,ops. I"m above average in all of them.

I can only start 3 out of 4 (I am also starting beltran which is a no-brainer) . who to bench? last week I benched damon and I completely regret it.. who would you bench this time?
