I was thinking of trading Broxton + Inge for Roy Oswalt + Mike Gonzalez. I haven't submitted the offer yet. Does this trade make sense for my team? Is it fair?

EDIT: I'd be happy to trade Bell instead of Broxton; I just don't know if that's enough.
