Saunders, I guess. Or Weeks. I'm confused why you're plugging in Weeks to a UTL spot when the 4 hitters on your bench are way better. You need to trade some of that hitting going to waste on your bench for pitching.

Weeks has been scoring better for me fantasy-wise than Rios and Chipper have so far so I'm playing the hand while I just aquired Davis and Upton from free agency so I haven't decided yet how I'm going to fit them in the lineup. I'm going to wait a few days and see the performances and adjust my lineup.
I'm currently working on either getting Johan Santana, Dan Haren, or Roy Halladay to add to my rotation.

Just leave him on the Dl and try for a 2 for 1 trade asap. I doubt hamilton starts ripping right after coming off the dl and after he was off to a slow start.

Weeks or Ethier is the drop here, even though both have been doing well so far. Justin Upton will become droppable soon enough as well... his cold streak just hasn't started yet.
