I play in a league with deep rosters and a premium placed on pitching. I am looking to add Hochevar and wondering who I should drop?
Jeremie Guthrie
Chris Tillman
Rick Porcello
Barry Zito

I say drop Chris Tillman. He will be the least valuable of the players you listed.

Lois: You're drunk again.
Peter: No, I'm just exhausted 'cause I've been up all night drinking.

I agree and by a mile, the other 3 have some very nice potential.

Is Hochevar a better option than Tillman? I think Tillman has more upside. Thoughts?

I don't see Hochevar having a very good showing in K's or WHIP. He's a sinkerballer, and thus needs a good defense behind him. To call the Royals' infield defense bad is an understatement.
If you really want him, drop Tillman. But I would stay put.
I never smile if I can help it.... Showing one's teeth is a submission signal in primates. When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.

I'd definitely drop Tillman. He's got the least value for you.
