Need roster analysis and trade help

I am obviously looking for pitching help, and want advice about what to do first. Below is my current roster in a 12-man roto league. Should I bother trading for another stud pitcher this early on with Lackey coming back in about a week or so? Who do you suggest I go after? Whom from my roster should be considered targets to trade?
