So I took over this team in a 16 team dynasty league. The stat cats are R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP. I am planning on moving some of pitching since this is clearly my strength. I was offered shane victorino for my brandon webb, do I accept or try to get someone better?

I'm not big on victorino especially going forward. I would try for someone else. What are your other options?
Full disclosure: look at my avitar

So by looking at my team then, who would you suggest I try trading for?

Moving Webb is fine as long as you get some good value for him.
You do need an upgrade in the OF but your UTIL spots aren't too hot either meaning any impact bat would be helpful.
I would go with someone a bit less likely to lay an egg than Victorino.

Can you please give some examples of who I should try and get then? Maybe I could move cc and webb for a stud or is that too much of hit o my pitching?
