How do I know if they are playing?

Ok, this is probably a dumb question but this is my first year doing fantasy baseball. Our league is using Yahoo Sports.Can anyone tell me if there is something I can click to see if my player is playing that day or if he is on the bench. I know that when I do my lineup it has the times next to thier names but it seems like that only applies to the team they play for. For instance, I have Bengie Molina in my lineup right now and KC is playing but in StatTracker it says bench next to his name. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

about an hour before gametime, look at your roster (not stat tracker) and it should show either a ^ or x next to their names. ^ means in the starting lineup and x means on the bench.
