Hey folks! I am in a head to head stats league. The stats are:

My roster is:

OF Chris Duncan
Util Bobby Abreu

DL Jorge Posada

SP Roy Halladay
SP Derek Lowe
SP Zach Duke
SP Ryan Dempster
RP Joe Nathan
RP Bobby Seay
P Ryan Franklin
P Joakim Soria
BN David Aardsma
DL Carlos Zambrano

I have been offered the following trades and would like some input.

1B Paul Konerko and OF Magglio Ordonez for
2B Uggla and RP Ryan Franklin

1B Paul Konerko and OF Magglio Ordonez for
OF Bobby Abreu and RP Joe Nathan

1B Paul Konerko and OF Magglio Ordonez and 2B, SS, OF Alexi Ramirez for

Should I do any of these?

Do you believe in Scutaro? If he's your man for the year, I might do Uggla & maybe Soria...but I'd keep Abreu, Nathan & Franklin....remember, Uggla is pretty darn valuable, he's just struggling. Franklin is doing great on a very good Cardinals team. He may close all year for them. Nathan is top notch.

Konerko & Ordonez are nice players....you need help at both 1B & OF...But you may be able to get 1 more decent hitter off the wire without trading away anyone.

Trade Uggla and Franklin for Maggs and Konerko.

Mark my words -- The Cardinals aren't as good as they are playing right now and Franklin will not hold onto the closers job with Motte and Perez breathing down his neck.

Konerko is very streaky but is looking pretty good already this season.

Soria, Franlin and Nathan are too valuable to give up for Ordonez and Konerko. I would hold and see if you can do better.
