Pick up Alexei Ramirez - he's far too talented to get dropped. Then you don't even need to trade for Hill.

Philips has done it for longer, but Hill has been on the cusp for a while. I think either is worth a try.

Hill will hit for a better AVG and Phillips will steal more bases. Take your pick.
