Player drops!!

I have a new problem in my league.This is a standard Yahoo 11 team 5x5 roto , common interest league,with a few prizes to the winner. A manager dropped Granderson a few days ago and picked up Span?I received 2 emails from other mgrs questioning this drop(I have a prob also w/this) I dont know these people in the league but was wondering if there is anything I should do as the commish, as it does seem fishy to me. I emailed the dropping mgr and received no response asking if it was a mistake or if he had knowledge about trade values.This mgr also doesnt keep up with his team,he has had a dl spot open for over a week and player on the bench to fill the spot! and has made only 1 other transaction since we started 2 mo ago Should I be doing something about this or should I just let it go?? Or post something about future dropping. Thanks in advance, my first time being a commish

ugh...unless you can prove he was dropping him so a buddy with a high waiver priority could grab him, i think you have to let it go, but i would look to replace that owner

I think you should let the Granderson drop slide but put the manager who dropped him on probation, and if he doesn't start managing his team more actively or he makes any more unwise moves, remove and replace him. You can't have one bozo throwing off the balance of the whole league.
