I need some more relief guys for holds/saves. My plan was to wait about a month into the season to see how my young pitchers were doing and then either trade one of them or a more established starter for a solid reliever, but now Im thinking drop Leiber for a reliever. SHould I do that for a MacDougal or a Takatsu or a Herges? And how does my team look overall?

Nice team. I dunno if I would start Bay in the OF, there's gotta be other OFs out there. Your starting pitching seems a little shallow--I don't think I'd drop Lieber unless you get a better SP.

yeah i gotta believe that there are better relioevers still out there that you could replace on your roster. worrell is practically useless i think....he wont get wagners job. your SP seems a lil shallow, you need another strong arm.

and yeah dont start bay, make him your 4th outfielder.....i would probabaly prefer to take a chance on a guy like dye than bay....but its up to you.

Worrel and Quantrill are valuable, my league counts holds. And my plan with pitching is to have a few solid guys and then a few unkowns, and hope the unknowns pan out. These are some other OF on FA:

D. Erstad (Ana - CF)
F. Catalanotto (Tor - LF,RF,DH)
D. Relaford (KC - 2B,3B,RF)
B. Kielty (Oak - RF,DH)
C. Crisp (Cle - LF,CF)

I do start 4 OF, so Bay would start. Should I pick op one of these instead of Bay, or is there another sleeper I should know about?

I might look at Erstad as he will be playing 1st base this year should keep him healthy. I think Quantrill is fine, he should pile up the Holds in front of Wagner. Mauer could be good but not really proven. Good team, not sure that you could win but you can contend for sure.

Good mix of young old and high risk high reward. I'm a fan of Bay's. I think he has 20/20 potential. But Erstad is tempting with him moving to first to stay healthy. At least he wont be running into any walls there. I think your pitching is good but not great. Affeldt may be a good player for your team. If you stay active on the wire you may be able to grab some guys that come out of nowhere to sure up your staff. Overall good team but you do have some work to do. Make sure you are paying attention to who wins the closer battles. Keep a close eye on Montreal's situation.
