THe pitching dilemma

I wanted to get some advise regarding my pitching staff.
I wanted to solidify the group.
This is what I currently have:
SP Ryan Dempster
SP Zach Duke
RP Brian Fuentes
RP Frank Francisco
P Zack Greinke
P Chris Young
P Cole Hamels

Thinking about picking up one of the following:
Cueto, Johnny Cin
Millwood, Kevin Tex

also Brian Fuentes keep or drop???

The other dilemma is who to drop. My inital pick is Duke or young.

any and all advise welcome
