I'd sit tight for now, but keep an eye on Bourn. The guy has a ton of speed and actually looks to be figuring out this whole hitting thing a little this year too.

I don't like the move for Pierre, but I would drop Maybin for Bourn. Maybin has not been producing well at all, and he's struck out at more than a third of his at-bats. He's pretty young, and still has some time before he figures things out. Bourn will get you way more SB than Pierre, with some HR and extra base hits.
