I am traveling to NY on May 17th and have that Sunday free. I have been to NY a few times but have never had time to catch a Yankee game. I should be able to make it just in time. I am staying in midtown near Grand Central. Looks like I can catch the subway directly to Yankee stadium. Looks like about a 30 minute ride? Does that sound right?
I have been looking at StubHub for tickets. I would be going solo, so there are quite a few options for the game vs the Twins. I may wait it out until next week to see if sellers start to get desperate. I found a few terrace seats in the infield in the front row. Looks like there is plexiglass in front of you. Is that distracting? Also, a couple seats in the Jim Bean suite. Is it worth the price? How is the view? I did find a couple in the main level infield. I may wait to see if the price drops first. Any opinions from someone who as gone to the new stadium.

John Rocker said to stay away from that train.
