I have some injury issues,but A-Rod,Hamilton will be back this week. Drew shortly after. One guy is interested in trading me V.Martinez for Mariano, and another guy wants a package that includes Cantu and Nelson Cruz for Sabbathia. I think these two moves would set me up pretty good. In the 1st trade, the guy has Papplebon and B.Wilson with no other releivers(not that he needs more,but he thinks so. In the 2nd trade, the guy is playing Atkins or Beltre at 3rd and has Haren/Felix/Hamels/Cueto along with C.C.

I am commish of the league. Do you think these trades are fair? In my position would you try to do them?

Big fan of the second trade, since you're freeing up space for two much better starters, plus you get a great pitcher that has underperformed so far.

Not as big on the first, but you do have plenty of closers, so Rivera's not as huge. You get an upgrade from Soto to V. Mart, which is good.

I think the trades overall work up in your favor, and I'd go for them.

The first is just ok, but the second is GREAT!

Cantu and Cruz will both hit your bench when ARod and Hamilton return.

Essentially, thats like adding CC for nothing.
