Who steals more: Ramirez or Weeks?

I've got Rickie Weeks and I was thinking of offering him straight up for Alexei Ramirez. The catch is that I need the guy who gets more steals- all other categories can be ignored.

Weeks has 3 attempts, and 1 successful steal this season, and has typically attempted about 25 (although, most of his seasons have been shortened by injury).

Ramirez is 6-fer-7 so far, but I don't know if he's known as a speed guy nor do I know if he'll get the green light like this all season long.

Thoughts? WHIR.

I would take Alexei. I think he'll get around 25 for the year and has more upside in all the other cats.
