Russell Martin: Is he going to be okay?

I haven't seen a lot of chat about Martin's slow start. Anyone out there who follow the Dodgers more and can tell me what might be at the root of it? I just landed Martin in a trade, and am wondering if this will be a down season for him, or whether he'll shake out of this slump soon.

I'm not looking too much into it besides a slump, personally, but in general, I've always thought he's overvalued in fantasy.

Think he's a bit overrated as well. So much of his value is in how many SBs he gives you...

A catcher who can provide you with HR, SB's and a decent BA is hard to come by. Can anyone name any other catchers out there who steal more than 10 bases a year? Like a lot of good players, Martin is in a slump... I'm pretty sure he'll get out of it.

Really? Overrated? I'll have to consider that... Besides McCann and Mauer... I don't know.

That's what I'm saying... Martin is the only catcher in all of fantasy who contributes in all offensive categories.

Maybe I should elaborate.

He does contribute very well for a catcher, I just always see him taken earlier than I would actually take him in every league.

Is anyone actually able to use Sandoval as a catcher? He needs 8 or 9 more games to qualify in my ESPN leagues.
